I had a dream a few nights ago – I saw a very large male lion – he was roaring and prowling back and forth, back and forth. His coat was golden and his mane was beautifully long and mature.
I also saw two female lions they were his mates. They too were powerful and beautiful – they too prowled back and forth & up and down around the area within my view. As I watched, I heard them roar loudly every few minutes. A sense of fear seemed to rise in me. I felt afraid that they would eat me.
Soon after I woke, I found myself thinking about this dream, it felt unlike a normal dream and I started to wonder if it may be, ‘God given?’
Later in the day, I realised that God had interpreted my dream – here is what I believe God is showing me!
The male lion is Jesus – He is awaiting his Bride (mate), as we see him walking around the earth he looks majestic, full of power and beauty, he roars and those who hear him feel afraid, afraid he will devour them.
The two female lions are the bride of Christ. One Lion symbolizes Jewish Christians and the other Gentile Christians. The whole Church is the bride of Christ but as the symbolism used in this dream is of lions, there are two females (one Bride)
I believe. God is confirming to me that Israel (Judah) is not this earthly (worldly) country, nor is it the secular state of Israel but a spiritual Israel (Judah) and the spiritual (Gentile Church) united in &with Christ that he speaks of in the New Testament!
Revelation 5:5 See the lion of Judah has triumphed he can open the seals.
